        It would be negative 5 stars if possible... ive been with this company for over 3 years and everything was good... my car payments are less than 4 hundred, when I called they told me my payments are supposed to be $500 + and that it's my fault trying to shift it towards them, when they clearly failed to tell me it was higher for over a year but they didn't say anything even tho I called every month to make each payment. Ended up paying 690 just for 1 month. Very little help and bad attitude from customer service. They might reply to the review but they don't really care. (DONT GET ANYTHING FROM EXITE)

        The customer service line is literally always terrible. Agents always give false information and waste my time. Banking here has been an extreme inconvenience. Do not recommend.
