Dough Zone Dumpling House South San Jose

It's rare to find authentic Chinese food in South SJ. Soup dumplings are good, but not the best. My go-to in Cupertino has bigger and better ones. Update; upon further visits, I've concluded that the portions are a little small and should be bigger given the price.

The food is super amazing and my favorite menu item is the pork & crab soup dumplings! The servers are amazing as well and have a great attitude. 10/10 would recommend the food and location

My second visit and what I can say is that they improved a lot. The spicy beef pancake roll wasn't salty like the beef dish that we ordered last time. All the items we ordered were great. I see why their portions are on the smaller side to keep the prices low. It adds up though. The service was excellent.

Food is great. Similar and just as good as Din Tai Fung for less than half the price

Ordered food at 3:41 on an app with an estimated completion of 4:05. and showed up to store around 4:20 and wasnt handed food until 4:45. Staff tried to fake nominate a manager to speak. Although they refunded the order, it was a terrible experience and Im pretty sure the practices are not food safe because the food was sitting there for a while not in any sort of warmer.
