Mandy is sweet, thoughtful, thorough and wonderful to work with. She helped us purchase our new home and sell the home we were living in. She worked in a systematic way in understanding our needs and identifying the areas we could look for our future home. She helped sell our current home in a very short time and worked closely with us to help purchase the new home. She was very easy to work with, very thoughtful, not pushy, understanding of our needs, desires and constraints. It was a pleasure working with her. We would recommend her for sure!!!!

We are very happy with the services that Mandy has provided for our two recent real estate transactions. We had done some researches and checking references to look for a good agent to sell our house. After narrowing down to a few agents with good reputation to interview, we chose Mandy because of the knowledge and confidence that she has shown us during our first meeting. She was very professional, responsive and thoroughly explained and well executed every step leading to the final sale of our house. Mandy did a great job on coordinating the staging for our house and presenting it on the market. As a result, our house was sold in less than 10 days with an amazing price that well above our expectation. Since Mandy has provided excellent service on selling our house, we asked her to help us with buying a new house. At that time, were able to see Mandys expertise truly shine.
