Shawn and his team were really good at communicating throughout the refi process. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth for us. We used an online portal for managing all the document sharing etc, which made it pretty easy. He was able to provide competitive offers vs. other brokers saving us money. I'd happily work with him in the future as well. Updated May 2021 - Shawn and the C2 Financial Corp team worked on another closing for us. This was a really tricky closing since there was no finance contingency, but the team pulled some great heroics to get the deal done. So grateful to have them on our side.

Updated: We used C2 for a house purchase this winter. Shawn and his team moved quickly, communicated consistently well throughout the process, and were a great pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Shawn again after these four years.

I was referred to Shawn Sidhu by a friend and he was great to work with. He emailed the graphs and worksheets to compare and decide the loan amt to refinance in order to get lowest interest rate which was extremely helpful to lower our monthly mortgage amt. Shawn was quick and efficient, and made the process as easy.

Update: 9/30/2021: Just completed another mortgage refi through C2 Financial Corp; another great experience. Shawn contacted me to let me know rates had lowered so now we have even lower payments than before! If you want lower payments, call Shawn! I had a good experience getting a mortgage loan through Shawn and would not hesitate to recommend him to others for getting a very competitive rate.
