        Tried Akins Mechanic for the first time and Im seriously impressed. The mechanic keeps it 100% real - no beating around the bush. You bring in your car, he tells you straight up whats wrong. After dealing with some questionable mechanics in Palo Alto, Akins was a breath of fresh air. A friend recommended them, and Im glad I listened. He even told me my brakes were fine and didnt need work, but advised when to check them again. Ended up fixing the squeal in the brakes, and it was done quickly at a fair price. Definitely my go-to mechanic now.
