Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed. I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment. They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Pablo, and David. Both were overly helpful and kind. We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them. We highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing emergencies (especially for Pablo, and David).
