I had a sudden pipe leak in my bathroom faucet and found Plumbertree Plumber & Rooter on Yelp. I made an appointment right away, and they responded promptly, allowing me to schedule an appointment immediately. Technician David Morris arrived, explained the issue, and fixed it promptly and professionally. He did an excellent job.

Mario was very efficient and professional. He was honest in his assessment of our problem and provided several estimates. He kept me informed with each step and he and Aaron completed the work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

When Francisco arrived for my first visit, first thing he did was check out the TOTAL situation, (water main, home sector, gardening sector, their valves) including to the point where he could explain it to me. He then developed a plan which was technically the best, if money were no object. But at this time for me, it was a major object, and so he helped work our a less comprehensive, less expensive solution. I was awed by his knowledge, understanding, and intelligence. For all I know, they're all like that. Home base telephone coordinator, Hannah, was also exceptional, friendly, and nice to work with.
