I had good experience with other jobs by AllStar but this last experience several months back was awful. The tech came out for a blocked kitchen sink. I was gone but my handicapped, 60 year old roommate was home. The technician called me (the 63 year old female homeowner) at work and said the blockage could not be cleared. He gave me a quote for a pipe replacement that was going to cost me $5600.00. I said that is not going to happen and called another firm who ran a snake thru it for $400.00 and it works perfectly. Very unethical and I wont use them in the future.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company. For two days they've been trying to find a water leak at my property and at the end blamed it on a 100% perfect water heater, which had absolutely no water spots outside. Their manager said that sometimes it is possible, even though no leaks are outside, and suggested to install for me a new one for about $3,800. Thank G-d I had enough common sense not to buy into this crazy idea and called another company, which found and fixed a toilet valve problem. However, the while trying to find the problem, the AllStar guys changed for me two irrigation pipe valves ($5/each) and sent me a bill for $1,845. So, NO LEAK found = $1,855 Total scam and 100% dishonest management! It gets even better! About a month ago got a call from the manager, who agreed that I was overcharged and offered me a credit in amount of 50%. I graciously agreed, and thanked him. Guess what?? The check is in the mail... Still waiting. No integrity whatsoever! How did they managed to get FIVE stars? I suspect they have a bunch of "friends"
