I had a great experience with Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe. I started the process and quickly got a phone call to set up the estimate with Yuri, the project manager. He got me the quote the same day. Work was scheduled to being the following week. They got the permits, the crew showed up on time, very neat and respectful of my house. They cut through the walls and ran the new copper piping very neatly. I had also arranged for a bunch of additional work to be done, like replacing the decade+-old water heater with a new and bigger one; installing filtration in front of the rest of the house so no more sandy water; and installing a whole-house water meter and remote-controlled shut-off valve so I can monitor the house's water use when I'm traveling. I also completely replaced all faucets in the house, and added Rainfall shower heads and wands in both bathrooms, with a fancy Smart Shower in the Master Bathroom, and they handled it all like it was no sweat (and I got radically upgraded bathrooms in the process). It was inspected the next day with very few issues; the dry-wall guy was nothing short of amazing -- except for the color difference, there was no way to tell that the wall had ever been completely cut open down to joists....he matched the textured wall and ceiling surfaces so precisely that you couldn't tell any work had been done there. With some minor fixes, it got the final inspection on the fourth day. I can't say enough good things about the speed, professionalism, and attention to detail of the crew. I strongly recommend them.

Quick efficient and thorough and did a phenomenal job and now everything works well, diagnosed another problem fixed that too and left the house clean and ready to go. Definitely having them come back for other needed projects in master bath

SUPERLATIVE! Problems solved faultlessly! Thank you Gladiator Repipe. My 50yo home had water, gas, and sewer pipe problems. I was dreading the entire challenge, not knowing who to call. A referral to Gladiator Repipe became a godsend. Brian's company started the next day and changed every pipe in 3 days. Leaky galvanized, gone. Leaky gas fittings, gone. Oozing sewer lines, gone. Yet each night I was fully served again. Gladiator was thoroughly impressive. Skilled. Knowledgeable. Prompt. Communicative. Congenial. Respectful. They brought the best of equipment, every part they would need, and super teams of people. They did all the removal, installation, testing, cleaning-up, drywalling, and even painting. They know the regulations and nailed all inspections. I always knew what was next and when.. They are extremely well organized and staffed. They have the feeling of let's do it right. Highest level of expertise being professionals. Nothing short of excellent. As good as it gets. My house is nothing but better for their efforts. Thanks Gladiator.
