Nancy Reynolds...WOW!! My friend's mother was ready to list her house in San Jose ASAP, and at that time she was speaking to another real estate agent who was slow, uncommunicative, and actually offered bad advice on where to list her home on price. Thank goodness she never signed a listing agreement because Nancy was incredible! Not only did Nancy move quickly, she strategically marketed the property to get my friend's mom more money in her pocket and negotiated incentives! On top of that, Nancy also helped with the move. My friend's mom is older and didn't have any family to help so Nancy came in and assisted with packing up boxes and being there for her. She is a one-stop shop and over-delivered exceptional service. Nancy has all my future business up in San Jose and I would highly recommend her for yours too! You will not be disappointed!
