        Came in, was greeted and helped by Clarissa. Super easy going and fast purchase, especially since I was on the go. My past few experiences at Great Vape were not so great to be honest but Clarissa switched that around and Ill probably come in way more often now.

        New employees need better training. The guy was not rude at the store but he was not willing to sell me a single coil. When I asked the guy why he wouldnt sing sell me a single coil he said it was way too much work just pull out of a pair of scissors and cut one coil out of the pack. Hey at five dollars a coil and theres five coils thats $25 in the long run instead of 1699 with a charge for a pack of coils so I dont understand why grade Vape doesnt want more money for selling me a single coil. I am a customer here for a long time and theyve been degrading their service for a minute now. I had to go to the other store in San Jose and still was turned away by rude staff some guy said he was the owner which I think was a lie because he was so rude. I will not be having my family or me returning to this Vape shop. Somebody need to put these boys in the corner for a time out because the staff is very rude

My name is Chris, new owner of Great Vape since 2018, not Robert.I have checked the review you left for our another location as well, saying employee working in our store refuse to sell you the coil.First I apologize for any inconvenience that had caused to you. However there is no point and no reason for us to be rude to you, we help hundreds of customers per day, and we treat all of our customers with respect; no one will laugh at you for whatever product or whatever amount of product that you are getting. This is what our business about, there is no reason for us not selling you the coil.If possible please help us identify which employee was rude to you, and I personally will get one box (10packs or 50pcs) of coil for free.Thank you for shopping from us, and again I am very sorry about what happened. Please get back to us, and I will try my best have the problem fixed, and earn your business again.Chris
