Charged me $240 for a diagnostic when I stated I needed an O2 sensor replacement. I paid and asked what else he found in the diagnostic and he said nothing, he said he was just looking into the O2 sensor. I paid $240 thinking Id get a full car quality check instead, he only looked into the issue I came in for. Then tells me the part to replace it is $430. The same part I got from Amazon for $189. I asked for the vendor he was getting the part from and says hell give me a personal receipt.I paid $75 to put in the Amazon part I bought. Did a good job in that.

What a great mechanic! Honest, friendly, helpful and all done fast for a decent price. This guy goes the extra mile as far as customer service goes! Had my smog check done then an oil change a few month later. I don't ever relish the idea of going to a mechanic but since my patronage here at A1 auto, I think my mind has been changed. I highly recommend them. I've got an older Mercedes and totally trust bringing my car to them. Thanks A1 Auto!!!!!

Lei is always detailed at what should / needs to be done and tells you the pros and cons of OEM or aftermarket parts. Been taking my vehicles there for years and have always been happy.
