5 star for phone customer service by Michelle- I called Halco for pricing and although we didn't end up buying supplies through them directly (no fault of theirs, we don't have a C-13 license) she gave me the contact info for a few companies in my area that we could contact to order through. I felt she went above and beyond and I really appreciated the help. Thanks Michelle!

I called these NON-Masters earlier looking for a part and got bombarded by Bobby with a series of marketing type questions. When I asked him why he was asking me all these questions old Bobby hung right up on me. When I called back I mysteriously got sent right to voicemail. Voicemail?!? Really?!?
Bobby! You should take note that local jobs are slipping out from under people here. Our local brick and mortar economies are suffering greatly.
I made a conscious effort and choice to divert my funds to a local business instead of sending it to everyone's business preference AMAZON! They are more efficient, expedient, and never hesitate to answer my questions.
I'm sure you know they cheaper, reliable, convenient, and they are way friendlier the trolls manning the sales desks here.
You should really consider the effects of how you treat people Bobby!
