Villa Serena Apartments

I purchased a studio to rent to a relative, Victoria Angulo assisted me and was not reliable, she would schedule appointments then would come with excuses and not show up, she would not respond to emails or calls. the pool is in bad shape and it was closed for a long time, we pay $310.00, HOA should enforce patio rules, some residents keep lots of junk, old broken cars are parked for years, however residents are pleasant, safe community and great location, I heard Victoria is no longer there i am greatful for that! if an audit is conducted we could find answers

I live here, the place is older but the neighbors are friendly and mind their own business, so it's nice.

I think I can say DON’T TRUST these clowns for customer service or assistance with being a future resident. I have called at least 5 times so far begging to speak with a apartment manager and all I get is there voice machine and at the end some sarcastic young girl who is the call center answer machine. So if management don’t call you back right away imagine what it would be like when your a resident in need of right away services. My grandparents were apartment managers back in the 1960s of course I know a lot of things have changed but my grandparents were ALWAYS IN THEIR OFFICE ATTENDING TO RESIDENT NEEDS. What is with people now. COME ON !!! This place proved it lack of service, communication, and definitely HUMANITY

Terrible and horrible ghetto place the stairs sound like they are about to fall. I do not recommend living here especially with the ugly dogs that live in this complex.
