I called to get immigration information, was told I would get a call within 48 hrs, I got a call in les than 30 minutes by someone named Paul, very rude by the way. He kept asking me questions and every time I would try to answer he kept interrupting and saying " that is not what I asked" or questioning me, almost made me feel like I was a criminal and then I said " Well I am teying to explain and you keep cutting me off" and he said I won't be able to help you and just hung up on me!! What type of business is this? If I was reaching out it was to get help and information not to get questioned like if I was a criminal!!! Very poor professionalis, Paul lacks customer service and is a very rude person. I am glad he showed that on this phone call because it showed me I can not trust this company with my legal needs.
