The games are affordable and the trinkets are shiny. Despite being very busy, the shop keepers maintain friendliness with all patrons. This would be the perfect location for a wedding ceremony to join felines in an unholy sacrament.

Both the manager Brooks and Marcos were super awesome and helpful when I came in. I was immediately greeted and helped and they were quick to answer questions. Most places you walk into feel like the employees are there for a check, however my experience with this store is they actually want to help instead of being rude and unhelpful. I wish I could leave them a 10/5. Would recommend to come to this store for any gaming needs.

Horrible customer service. Made a purchase yesterday, had the receipt, in the original box. No defects just changed my mind for the Quest 3 elite strap. It's an accessory no electronics or anything. The two guys start questioning me, looking up and down the receipt, examining the headset and packaging, then tell me they will have to try and see if the system lets them return the electronic. Like what the hell kind of customer service is that, the attitude and zero lack for customer service or understanding, or even giving me any benefit of the doubt as the consumer. Please reach out to me, if you want more input but it's just depressing to see when should be energetic and drive some other promotions or sales or offer solutions that could solve my problem.

Check their Yelp reviews to be sure, some fake ones here maybe. Horrible customer service from Brooke, very rude and unprofessional as well, uncaring and unhelpful. He just helped me decide to commit my business to their competition, me being a new gamer. Thanks for making it easy for me to decide.
