        Ive had nothing but good experiences with Safeco my husband had a car hit him and they made the process of the payout easy. And just recently got locked out and it was simple to get roadside assistance. Great prices for full coverage on my both my vehicles as well

        I tried all morning to reach someone in Customer Service but kept being directed to download their mobile app. Their insured rear-ended me and I was trying to file my claim thru them and not my insurance but their automated system conveniently made it impossible to speak with a HUMAN BEING. ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE
