        The pharmacy staff members are very friendly and helpful. Also, the store is clean and organized.

        Today I was being harassed by a homeless male who was under the influence, he was not all there and accusing me of stealing his phone. He threatened to kill me, the workers just stood there blank and didnt ask the guy to leave, instead the manager offered to look for footage of his stolen phone as I walked out of store the male followed me and threw a beer can towards my direction, missed me but hit my car. The Employees including the older security did nothing. This male was walking around harassing customers , the least that could have been done would have been for them to call 911. I spoke with manger after the incident who had nothing to say. Im not asking for staff to fight the guy but please call 911 when someone is harassing and following customers. This is how people get stabbed at stores. Im truly disappointed in the workers. Rite aide you need to do better in providing the right training for these workers when they deal with those type of people because youre employees didnt handle the situation well.
