Brian got back to me within about 20 minutes after leaving him a message. He seemed knowledgeable, and willingly advised me. He was also earnest about his area of expertise which I appreciated. If I had a need for his specific services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out.

Brian Kram was most instrumental in preventing my eviction some 23 years ago. Ill never forget his ability to empower me at a time of need. A true professional, gentleman attorney...a rare attorney!

UPDATE!!!!On 12/2/22 Mr. Kram gave me a call, and we had a lovely conversation!!  Here's my updated review: I rarely leave a one star review, and I'm kind of glad I did because Mr. Kram called today and I felt heard, and valid in the concerns where I live.  After the first of the year I will be contacting Mr. Kram to set up a consultation because I do believe it will be in my best interest to have an attorney in my corner with this current situation I'm in.  Sometimes, I forget to practice the PAUSE - postpone action until serenity enters and I hastily write a review; that was the case here with Mr. Kram.  I appreciate that we were able to have a very professional, yet friendly conversation not only about my legal situation, but also YELP!  I've only felt this calm and confident with one other attorney.  If he doesn't call back, don't leave a YELP review, call again and again, and again!  :)
