The tech, Jose, was very polite, efficient, and explained everything he was doing. He arrived on time and finished the big job in a few hours. When the carpets were dry, I found that he had gotten out some stubborn stains that were making me crazy. Now they are GONE!! Atlas cleaned my windows and screens inside and out. I was so pleased about the quality of the job (and it was difficult as we had hard to reach windows), the price and the fantastic customer service. I received regular reminder emails after I made the appointment. I would undeniably use them again without hesitation.

Have been using Atlas Window and Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets for years, always with excellent results! Called Elliot the owner with request for speedy  cleaning, after extreme carpet soiling due to an accident! We were lucky to secure a cleaning date two days later! I called to get a quote on a spot cleaning. Our puppy had an accident. I spoke to the owner he was very nice and helpful. Said it would be more cost effective if I did it on my own. He walked me through the steps and product I would need. I appreciate his honesty. If I ever need my full carpet cleaned or windows washed. I would go with this company. Hard to find kindness and honesty these days. Thank you atlas
