AC Hotel by Marriott San Rafael

Great location and good value. As new hotel there are few things they need to work on: The roof top restaurant is not yet open and the bar food was not the kind I like. I am waiting for the roof top restaurant to open as that should be a great experience. The floors in the room moved when walked on and I could here the people walking above me. This may be due to lack of rugs and not making up for it in the floor structure. The staff were world class tops.

Our company hosted an off-site meeting at the new AC Marriott in San Rafael and everything about it went great. The team members that stayed the night were impressed with the clean well appointed accommodations, main lobby and gym. It's centrally located to downtown so they got to enjoy nearby restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within a block or two. Aashna and her team were gracious and accommodating while planning the event, and on the day of, made sure all our needs were met. Being in the hospitality industry, it was refreshing to work with people that also understand the importance of hospitality. Thank you! Good new downtown hotel location. Walkability: Walking distance from many downtown restaurants and boutique shops.
