I highly recommend Pacific Garden Artistry Landscaping. From the moment I met Rich I felt like he made sure to understand the needs for my yard and that he genuinely cared. My property backs up to open space and I get a LOT of water that I have to defer out to the front. What I had in place was no longer working and Rich was able to make a plan and finish the work before the rains started. He really listened, looked at old photos and videos that I had to understand my yard's needs. Once the work was finished & the rain started he followed up and had his crew come back to make adjustments until he & I were both satisfied. They were on time, checked in with me when needed, made sure to clean up each day. Rich and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was finished correctly and in a timely manner.

I had the pleasure of working with Rich and his team this past summer through fall. It was a complex job involving drainage, hardscape, and a comprehensive irrigation rebuild. Not only did Rich deliver on both budget and timeline, but the quality and craftsmanship of the work was exemplary. Rich kept the project well organized, was super communicative and collaborative. The crew did all the work by hand using high quality materials and kept a well-organized and clean job site. We look forward to working with Rich and his team again in the future and would highly recommend Pacific Garden Artistry.

My background is that I have lived in Marin since 1962. I lived in Mill Valley and Kent Woodlands and have a property in Tiburon. Having multiple landscapers and gardeners over the years, have never experienced the incredible work ethic, talent and honesty in one person. His enormous pride in his workmanship goes without saying. Richard addressed serious a drainage concern of mine, in Tiburon, before the serious rains of last year with his advice from a soils engineer. It has given me peace of mind with regard to the safety of tenants. His knowledge of plant material is incredible. You will not make a mistake in hiring him!!!

If I could give Richard and his crew 10 stars, I would. He gives 150% of his time and attention to your job. He listens to your needs and offers his suggestions in order to improve your landscape and make it beautiful. He's very creative and his ideas make for a very beautiful garden. He also solved our irrigation system with a new improved set up. He and his crew are the best!!!!

Excellence in delivering what was requested and beyond our expectations. The owner (Rich) is friendly, professional and has a special touch in everything he does. He was present with his crew throughout the project, checking their progress and making sure that things were on track and installed according to the design. The patio, pathway lighting, plants and retaining walls they put in look fantastic! Also, they repaired the deck and then stained, looks like new! Pacific Garden Artistry not only delivered exactly what we hoped for in our new garden, they finished on the proposed timeline and budget.
