So I got married and finally decided to sell my first house, after owning it for five years. I was very hesitant about the process and the grueling paperwork of selling. Buying the house was not easy, so I had imagined that selling would be worse. Meeting Ashley was the best thing for selling my house. What a great Real Estate Agent! Not only was she patient with me, she was honest, she was very professional and friendly. She answered all of my calls and text messages no matter what time or day of the week. Every step of the way she was there for me and I appreciated that so much. Getting any house listing-ready and communicating with potential buyers can be frustrating but Ashley made the process as smooth as possible. My house was in good shape but could have used some cosmetic appeal. I wasnt sure who to hire or where to begin. Ashley connected me with a company that was able to get my house listing-ready and required no payment up front! When we listed the house, we immediately had buyers submitting offers. Over asking price!! Ashley made time to explain everything on the contracts they submitted so that I could determine what the best offer was. I was so happy to have worked with her as she knew a lot about California real estate laws, and ways for me to get the best return on the sale of my house. After the my house sold, she then took me out to lunch and gave me a beautiful, congratulations gift. I am so thankful to have had Ashley. She helped make a very stressful process a very smooth one. Ashley provided excellent customer service and knowledge with expertise. She helped me purchase my first home after trying 2 times prior. She is very attentive, stayed on top of everything I needed, needed to know, and was there for me every step of the process. She ensured I was aware of my purchase power as well as having access and notifications for the homes I qualified for. She was readily available to view any home I was interested in. I had a great home buying experience and I would recommend her a 1000%. You will not be disappointed because she is one of the best persons I've ever worked with.
