Budget Car Rental

This was a horrible experience, I normally always use budget but I havent traveled since pandemic and they really went down hill! Car kept turning off, they charged us for gas when we returned car next day to change. Guy at desk was not surprised we brought it back, he didnt even look at us , just gave us a new car and didnt even apologize. I wont use budget again!1

53 minutes in line at Budget Rental Car. All my rental reservation information was entered online, Including time of car pick up. Last time Ill ever use Avis/Budget

Budget pulled through and delivered an amazing experience. The checkin process was a little confusing when I was sent to Avis to process the rental upon arriving. Once they listened to me and realized I was a budget customer, the rest of the process was uneventful and they were quick and I was on my way. Had a great car that was clean and fun to drive.

No offense but that was one of the WORST experiences with renting a car I have ever had! And I have done it a lot! And In about 90 different countries! Everything was unorganized and papers scattered everywhere! It was no wonder they lost my paperwork I gave them. It took 1 hour and 56 min from the time I checked in to get my keys to my car completely preventable! I wasnt the only one either the people around were waiting hours as well theres a great chance that I will NEVER use you guys again!
