0 out of 10. Arrived at 10:55 for my appointment at 11:00. No one was there. Only a written note saying I will be back in about 20 mins. Then why do you guys requires us to book the appointment? You are wasting peoples time!

The monitors they have at this site are around 14in monitors. You will be fighting with the testing interface because there's just not enough screen real estate. Sure, in some exams you can re-size the test objectives on screen but now every time you complete a task you have to re-size the objectives again to determine what's next--costing you valuable time. If you're taking an exam that is heavy on charts/graphs then it's a nightmare. You will spend as much time fighting the cramped/crowded interface as you do taking the exam. Monitors are cheap nowadays--simple 22in monitors should be standard.

The lady named Elaine was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. She was constantly interrupting me when I tried to speak and was very unprofessional; she was insufferable!! NRCLC needs someone nicer and more understanding, NOT Elaine.
