The Dream Junction

Absolutely horrific experience with The Dream Junction. They never have items in stock, but mark the product "in production" anyway. After the estimated shipping date passes, it turns out they didn't have it in stock to begin with. They also mess up the prints, and getting a reprint means you run into the same problem above. I currently have a customer waiting for 11 days for a reprint (Already a week past their estimated shipping date). Two days ago they confirmed the item was finally in stock and ready to print, but now I find out it's out of stock again (and hasn't been printed for my customer). I'm done with this horrible company, and recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable printer.

Pros: 1. Production and shipping is moderately fast to fast. I ordered a sample women's t-shirt (dark heather, medium) as well as a hoodie (black, medium) and received them in 2 weeks. My mother-in-law ordered a unisex t-shirt (deep heather, 3XL) and got it in 1 week. 2. Colors (light to medium, deep/dark heather). This is rather funny. So I asked my artist to make the magic as vibrant as the words and witch. I wanted every part of the image to pop with color. My artist gave me this no problem. Enter Dream Junction. The image printed 100% vibrant everywhere but in the magic. I can see the magic clearly and it is beautiful, it just doesnt pop like the words or my witch. More like 90% - 95%, just as it had been before the update. I still love my shirt, of course, and my mother-in-law loves hers. My mother-in-law even gets compliments from strangers. Neutral: 1. Wide selection of colors. However, this wide selection doesnt span all styles. For example, the jersey tank has five while the racerback tank and the t-shirts have ten to twenty. This seems to be the same with all print providers, so I can't pro or con it. Cons: 1. Most colors and/or sizes are out of stock, and it doesnt matter how many styles I select to counteract this. The out of stock is everywhere and takes forever to restock. It is really out-of control, too. It affects common colors, special colors, neutral colors. This might be the cause of so many shipping complaints -- can't immediately ship what isn't available. 2. Colors (dark grey to black). Image isn't vibrant at all. Actually looks as if it has been washed a gazillion times and is fading. Recommend not using super dark colors. 3. Hoodie image space is tiny. Decision: I switched to SwiftPod. They have many of the colors and sizes that I desire, and they are always in stock. They also have amazing print quality, great production time, and quick shipping speed.

Trash company! Their customer service is awful and non existent. They dont honor the print times, my order still hasnt been printed and theyve had it for a total of 8 business days. Theyve chosen to ignore all emails asking for updates.

Dream Junction was once a reliable print on demand company. No longer. The last few orders placed through them had printing errors (burned areas around the design), and had to be reprinted. This has happened TWICE on the same order. The delays are difficult to explain to my customers. Currently, they can't fulfill a simple order with a black 2X shirt. More than 8 days "in production," and no indication of when the order will actually get produced. I strongly recommend using Monster Digital or SwiftPOD for print on demand production. Dream Junction is no longer a reliable partner.

Worst print provider in Printify! I don't recommend to anyone to work with them.
