Took my daughter's Quinceaera dress to get pressed. They charged me $100 and did NOTHING the dress looked exactly the same way when I took in.

We just moved and were thrilled to find a cleaners so close to us. We thought we would be going there often. We took a duvet and cover in and they said it would be ready in 4 days which was totally okay. I wish I would have asked the cost. In the past the most I have been charged for both items is $40. This place charged me $80!!! WHAT?! It was too late to change my mind since they charge you AFTER the service is complete (again, my bad for not asking ahead of time). When I dropped off my items the woman asked me if I wanted them to put the duvet back in the cover, of course I said YES. Well, when I picked it up it was NOT put back inside. The other cleaners always put it back together for me and charged HALF. I will go back to my old cleaners.

I have had bad experiences at other alteration places so I decided to give this place a try since they do dry cleaning and alterations for my work uniforms. Suki did a good job altering my jumpsuits and she finished it in 3 days with a reasonable price. I also brought my dad's coat to have them removed the stain which had been on it for a while. They did an amazing job as well! Great customer service so go see Suki and you won't be disappointed =)
