        Very bad customer service. When you cancel and appointment they don't even want to reschedule you for a makeup appointment. And every single time you go they don't even greet you. They will also take a video of your son without even getting permission

Or they WILL CHARGE you even if they don't give you therapy. There are 2 occasions that they cancel me at the moment. The first time was being in the waiting room. The second 2 hours before the session, it is worth mentioning that they were 2 consecutive weeks. (Original) Pesimo servicio. Mala Administration !!! Poco professional. Ellos exigen avisar 24 hrs con anticipation para cancelar una sesion. O te COBRARAN aunque no te den la terapia. Son 2 ocaciones que me cancelan Al momento. La primer vez fue estando en la Sala de espera. La segunda 2 horas antes de la sesion , cabe mencionar que fueron 2 semanas consecutivas.
