I don't know why every time I make my payment they have already increased my debt more if they knew how much sacrifice I make to them every month as soon as I made one payment it was less now that I compared it it already has 33 dollars more we added to my account it doesn't seem fair to me

I cant even describe how rude and uneducated was the manager with me, she dont even let me talk and the management the fee to their convenience and dont even explain the right way to pay, the just charge an extra fee if you dont pay Monday to Friday even sending the payment by zelle, she was the most arrogant and arbitrary person that I ever talk. stup. Alex is very rude. Almost done paying . And he wont work with you.Even of you had a pay plan set up already. Id imagine the owner with 3 hairs slicked back and a gold chain with chest hair. I feel like ive been scammed. Its like as if i missed a payment. Even if we did, the treatment is unacceptable. I see why customers rather go to building to see if you have that same aggresive energy.
