Working with Nick was a breeze. He acted as my realtor when purchasing an investment property in Santa Ana. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Ana area and neighborhoods. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Nick Garcia. He is honest, professional, hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. My husband and I had a condo we rented in Sacramento, so we hired Nick to get the job done. We planned to offload the condo to purchase a property in Santa Ana, where Im originally from. To make things go smoothly, he advised that the market was shifting and buyers would be pickier when looking at homes. So, for us to sell our home for top dollar, he encouraged us to do small remodeling: new paint, carpet, deep house cleaning, and even get the property staged to make it appear in tip-top shape. All in all, we sold our home over-asking and also became the fastest-selling condo in the community. Thank you, Nick, for helping my husband and me.
