    I wish I could give negative stars, customer service was terrible. I received a damaged mobility scooter carrier. I called as soon as I got it spoke to Oscar he said no problem he would send me a return slip so I could return it. I waited a week never got it. I called back spoke to him he said I had to speak to customer service because he didn't deal with returns. The phone call prior he was sending the return, now he didn't remember my name and that he didn't deal with returns.

    I recently had an amazing experience with WMA. I was running late and needed to purchase a product before the store closed. The staff was incredibly accommodating and stayed late to wait for me to arrive. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to make my purchase, and I couldn't be more grateful.     I get it, online customer service can be spotty. But this one was solid. I Called on a Saturday morning because I bought a used hitch hauler (you know, those trailers with out wheels that slide into your hitch mount and let you carry a couple coolers or haul a dirt bike) from a private party that was originally sold by this dealer. Surprise #1, an actual person answered the phone. After explaining the problem...Surprise #2 - The rep knew the product. He told me he knew exactly what the problem was. Surprise #3 he asked for my address and sent me the replacement part immediately...like right then when we were on the phone...even after verifying I bought the hauler used from a private party. They had no obligation to me. Not only did he send me the replacement part, but he told me how to fix it (while I waited for the part to arrive) with a trip to my local hardware store. Seriously folks, I can't remember the last time I felt so cared for by an online company. A live person answers the phone, they know what they are talking about, and the do their best to fix the problem when you speak with them.

    Spoke with a gentleman in customer service I believe and it was by far the best customer service experience Ive ever had. There was an issue with the product I ordered and without hesitation they are sending me a brand new item free of charge completely. I highly recommend!
