Horrible experience Came in for b1 services Waiting in waiting room Finally, got a text saying my car is ready And they did sent a video soon to be a problems and need to take care right way I look at the video and dont understand two of the problems plus front tires need to be changes soon too I walked over the office, the guys helping me is not there so the girl office right across from him to tell me she will helping me and said she will helpings me right after the calls She was rushing off with the customer on the phone And when she started to help she also rushing I was trying to asked her about the video And my tires She quickly replied my tires are fines and cut me off right then I just paid And about to walks out to get my car I found this nice gentleman I asked him can you help me to answer the questions He kind said yes and sat me down I showed him the video that they sent it to me while m waiting for my car He explained everything and I understood the problem of the car M not a happy customer By the way the ump my front tires and back tires over then its supposed to be I took the pics off the notifications board really sucks! Front tires should be 33 Back tires should be 41

I recently visited this auto shop for a small inspection of my Mercedes due to a check engine light alert. I must say, my experience with them was exceptionally professional. Upon arriving, they promptly attended to my car and didn't waste any time scaring me about potential expensive repairs. Instead, they asked me a few pertinent questions about my car's behavior, trying to understand the possible underlying issue. This level of attention and care reassured me that they genuinely wanted to diagnose the problem accurately. To my relief, the problem turned out to be relatively minor. They promptly reset the check engine light after identifying the root cause. I greatly appreciated their honesty and straightforwardness. They didn't push any unnecessary services on me, which can be quite common in the automotive industry. Overall, I left the auto shop feeling satisfied and confident in their abilities. The fact that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services makes me trust them for any future car-related issues. I will definitely return to them if the check engine light reappears or for any other maintenance needs in the future. If you're looking for a professional and honest auto shop, I highly recommend giving these guys a try.
