    The receptionist in the office was very rude to my 4-year-old autistic son because he was screaming, she told him very loudly, shut up with words and signs, very angry and called him by his name,She has no right to treat patients like that.I didn't say anything to her but I honestly don't recommend the place and personally I won't take my children again, they don't have to go through this oh be mistreated I do tell my son And of course I told my son to be silent but they don't listen or understand all the time.. I hope her boss talks to her and tells her how she should treat her patients, because they just lost 5 patients (my family).

    I scheduled an appointment for my son who hasn't been there in a while for a check up and cleaning. Being that this office is close to home, reviews looked good I figured ok let's schedule here. It's convenient. He just turned 18 and he can go on his own while I'm at work. My son waited 1 hour maybe even more JUST for X-rays not to mention he waited in the room  for the dr to come in and complete the exam. I had to call to make sure they didn't forget about him.   Exam X-rays and maybe a reg cleaning  should not take over 2 hours when you have an appointment

    One of my friends refered me to this dentist because I heard was good.. so I called to make an appt. Receptionist said I needed to verify my own insurance and add them as a dental provider. Okay. I've never had to do that with any dentist. She said I would need to call my insurance and do all that. why I asked? she said only with DELTA DENTAL they require the patients to call and talk to the insurance company and they themselves verify and add and do all that. First off NO. I give you insurance card you give me appointment. Ive worked at medical centers and we never ask patients to call insurance to verify anything. As long as they had their insurance cards they were good. The facility is responsible for verifying insurance. Seems like someone doesn't want to do their job. Either that or they are short staffed or don't have competent front desk employees. You serve your patients, they don't serve you. I asked who to call she said the 1 800 number. At that point I'm doing your job. Cool thanks I'll go to another dentist .

Christopher, I'm sincerely sorry about experience regarding verification of your insurance, when I spoke to my front staff, I was informed that you were not yet assigned to our office and if in the future you would like to chose a different provider the MEMBER MUST call and get assigned to that provider/office, we are NOT ALLOWED to call on behalf of the patient.
