The expertise and compassion that Chris Emerson displayed throughout this entire process was magnificent. She exudes tremendous confidence and went above and beyond to help at every turn. They were very helpful. They didn't call me constantly because they lost documents. In fact they called me to check to see how I was doing on my physical recovery. They're all very friendly over there and very patient if you're too busy to be able to respond right away. And they are very accurate and fair with my settlement. I feel everything was done in a timely manner as proposed by Mr traut.

I could not recommend James Traut more! My family was involved in a car accident earlier this year. We had never been in one before and it was 100% not our fault.
