Instructors well organized, lots of respect for each individual; content delivered clearly, concisely, perfect amount of one on one and follow through to be sure everyone got it. I highly recommend this class!

Coach Fauzia is an amazing and caring teacher, much needed self defense classes that you cant get anywhere else!

Coach Fauzia is such a fantastic coach! After just a couple of hours, I felt feeling more confident about my ability to defend myself by taking active, preventative steps and utilizing simple, yet powerful, self-defense maneuvers. As a woman, I feel more secure when I go out and use the preventative techniques she taught me EVERY DAY.

I went to a defense ninjas training as part of a work event. I had no idea what to expect (and frankly I wasn't looking forward to it) but I was blown away by how thorough and extensive the training was, and it was only an hour. I didn't know what I was missing in my life! I would absolutely recommend any of Fauzia's classes to literally anyone- from someone who thinks they don't need to know self defense to someone who thinks they know everything about it. You won't regret it!
