I just met with and met him in person this morning. So far, I like my experience meeting him and he is very aware of my rather minor use that he can help me with.

To sum up at the very beginning, this man is a bully. My 96-year-old mother had questions about her will pertaining to changing the power of attorney as well as trust fund queries. From the get-go he appointed himself her fiduciary, and was quite forceful (not authoritatively, just pushy) about what types of control he was going to have including that HIS real estate agent was going to sell the property, (and a litany of other details) he just took over. He wasn't even hired yet. He flat out refused to speak to another sibling involved, which was my mother's ONLY request and a major reason for the appointment. As far as the trust fund goes he spent just a few minutes minutes talking about it, then change the subject, saving that for another expensive appointment I suppose. So in the end we paid him a sizable amount of money (as he kept on with the idol chit-chat rather than on the subjects at hand) and have nothing to show for it. And of course, she still needs to try find an honest attorney to amend her will. It is my opinion that Mr. Frank attempted to milk an old woman for what he could by self-appointment, pre-plan strategies and an overtly assertive attitude. He offered what he wanted to offer, not what she requested. He seemed more focused on getting himself work in the future than anything else. He never asked her if she understood or had any questions, he just pushed forward with his agenda. This was entire endeavor was quite stressful and emotionally fatiguing for my elderly mother, as well as a waste of her precious time and hard-earned money. When I returned to pick up the paperwork and pay for his unrendered services, he was condescending and demeaning, even goading me with purposeless and antagonistic questions. He interrupted and spoke over me repeatedly until I reprimanded him for his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. All in all and simply put, my mother told me that she does not trust Mr. Frank at all and she has proved over and again to be a rather intuitive and perceptive person.
