        I wanted to share a great experience I had with the service dept at Audi Santa Barbara. I was in town for vacation and my car broke down as we arrived at the hotel. We got a appointment for the next day, they were able to diagnose the issue right away and order the part. The car was ready to go the day after by like 10am. Just in time to head back home. Thanks to Edwin for your help.
