Each staff member goes above and beyond to get to know each member to personalize the banking experience. Augie, Amber, Christian and Stacey are all personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Pacific Premier Bank employees have been the best, always attentive and friendly, ready to help you with whatever you need! From the managers to the tellers everyone is simply the best, thanks for always having a good attitude and a smile for customers .

Super friendly and professional but not fake; genuine eye contact and smiles. The personnel are great people who actually care. Some banks feel like you're waiting in line at the DMV but the atmosphere at my local branch is pleasant and relaxing with beautiful artwork and dcor as well.
