They are not honest... I bought an equipment that was shamelessly sold to me already defective (this was confirmed by another store). The next day I went to complain to them and what they did was that they called the police to get me out of the store. They are completely unprofessional, cheater, dishonest and discriminatory.

Brenda helped us, kind but the reason for 1 star is because when paying she scanned a protector for the cell phone screen we were buying. My husband asked her what was scanned and she said that it came in the plan, that everyone has it included. I told him that I had upgraded before and it did not include it. He kept insisting that it came with the plan until he said the price was $50 with a $15 discount. We told him we didn't want it, he said okay and removed it. Be careful that they don't sell you things you don't want. I am very disappointed because I am a long-time customer and something like this has never happened to me at Metro. It must be because Adam always looked after me. He has 5 star service.
