LOOK NO FURTHER. Todd and Jimmie are an absolute legal powerhouse always willing to go the extra mile to help their clients. A DUI collision is what they have helped me with and I cant thank them enough for fighting on my behalf. If you are seeking representation, you cant go wrong with hiring them. The day started normally with me riding my bicycle to the gym, like I did every day. Then, all of a sudden, I was struck by a car leaving a parking lot. I was in shock and really didn't know what to do. The driver then proceeded to tell me it was all my fault, that I shouldn't have been on that side of the street. Ignorantly, I believed them and thought I was lucky the whole thing was going to be dropped. Next thing I know, I was being contacted by his insurance company and their lawyers. They proceeded to explain how I could be susceptible to hefty fines amongst other things such as being taken to court. THEY were trying to get money from ME. James Askew took over my case and delegated tasks for me to do immediately that would strengthen my situation. He continued to follow up with me every day and was easily accessible anytime I needed him. James was prepared to go to court, I felt like he was prepared to take on anything just for me. The insurance company and their lawyers stated they no longer wanted to go to court and said they would actually pay me for my troubles. I was happy but James was not!
