Waited an hour for room to be ready. Another guest arrived and got a room right away. When I asked the receptionist why we didn't get the available room, she stated good question.

We absolutely loved this hotel. I did an extensive search for a nice inexpensive hotel and this was it. We paid $302 per night that's with AAA discount. Hotel is very clean, big, pool is heated and they have continental breakfast. You can walk to the pier and state street. We had the poolside king with balcony. They let us check in early around 2 and check out was 12 which is rare, we were able to sleep in and take our time getting ready. I highly recommend.

Quite with beautiful rooms and in easy walking distance restaurants and downtown. The proprietor was extremely friendly and gave us a detailed run down on all the area had to offer upon our arrival. He really made us feel at home. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More

Absolutely the most charming seaside adjacent inn. The location is a short walk from everywhere you want to be. The rooms are large and have a kitchen and all open to a lovely garden courtyard that was ideal for a breakfast/ coffee in the morning or an evening of relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The doors are all pink Dutch doors. The rooms are clean and they provide everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely love to come back here!
