As first time buyers Tim was an excellent source of knowledge and helped us every step of the way. Always had an open line to communication either by email, phone or text. He helped navigate all the steps and deadlines with his excellent team. Would highly recommend 10/10! We love our new home!

Tim is fantastic! What I really enjoyed about working with Tim is he explains everything in detail, then follows it up with an email to confirm we are on the same page and I understand all the options. He truly makes the experience so easy.
