Oh my word! I have been SO remiss in not writing this review for Jennifer Ellison sooner! We just celebrated ownership of our first rental property purchase in Ojai this past August. It's been 6 years and we couldn't have done it without Jennifer's kind help. She and her team are TOP TIER! Her professionalism, experience, communication, business savvy and her attention to detail made for a SEAMLESS transaction. We have referred Jennifer and her team to so many friends. It feels good to offer the contact information of someone we trust so very much. On occasion we have the great pleasure of running into Jennifer on the hiking trail, and it's just a delight. If we ever purchase another home Jennifer will be the mortgage broker that we reach out to without question. Her integrity in the workplace is so true to who she is as a person. Not to mention that she got us an interest rate that we are incredibly grateful for every single day. Jennifer...I'm so sorry it took me 6 years to leave this review. Jennifer and her team are top notch. They have helped us through 2 house purchases and 1 refinance, and every experience has been the best we could ever hope for. In our most recent house purchase, we had a number of complex issues in terms of demonstrating reliable income and dealing with some ugly mistakes by the sellers, and Jennifer pulled us through it all with professionalism and hard work. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
