DO NOT GO HERE!!
BAIT AND SWITCH! Came in for a smog. Since we were here, we decided to get the oil changed too. Waited 35 minutes to have the car looked at... not a problem. After another 35 min while the car was in the bay and being worked on, it was recommended to get a new $ air filter. After another 15 minutes, we were informed that the car was ready. While paying, we asked for the smog sticker. Only at that time, they told us that THEIR MACHINE WOULD NOT WORK to smog our truck! They were not even going to tell us!! The main reason...which we made clear... had to move our truck to the specific "smog bay"was to get a smog.
I confronted as to why we were not informed asap that they were unable to smog and was given a blow off answer. Now the A/C is making noise, so I'm not even sure the filter was put in correctly!
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Went to SMOG-IT on Anapamu St. They were very nice and did the smog in less than 10 minutes.

When I checked out and paid the $151 for a BMW oil service I noticed the carpets were not vacumed. I went back in and politely asked the person who was checking me out why the floors had not been vacumed. He basically said you have to request it and then said he wouldnt do it because of my attitude. The manager apologized for it not getting done and did it himself. I didnt
bring up that they also did not clean the windows- which is also listed as part of the service. It just makes you wonder what else they didnt do that they were supposed to do? And, makes me wonder why Id ever go back to jiffy lube?

Flat out refused to change the oil in my car. Customer service is horrible. Don't go there
