        The appointment set up was easy. I walked in and was seen very quickly. My tax preparer was completely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor which I really appreciated. I don't know how many years I've been using them but it's been quite a few years and I will continue to use them. They make it so easy everything is right on and they are great at explaining things that you may not understand and help you to find everything you deserve and are entitled to. I highly recommend using H& R

        Its unfortunate that Norman Osumi (one of the tax rep there) had some issue clarifying a retirement credit I was confused about. Of course its business he was quick to say something about a consulting fee of 50$ per hour. Wont be filing with their services in future

        Horrible !! If I could have given 0 stars I would have ! Do not schedule with Norman. He not only once screwed up my taxes but twice. Was upset I messed up his lunch plans with his colleague when I went back to fix my taxes and still did them wrong !!! Worst customer service. It has been almost a year and I still dont have my problem resolved. Will never be going back to them again. Look else where. They charge over 300 and still dont know what they are doing !!
