Update: The studio reached out and offered to have me come back for a hopefully better experience. I'll give it a try when I'm back in Santa Barbara. Initial Review: Jimena was a wonderful teacher. Unfortunately I was so distracted by the horrific smell of the room and the stinky mat that I rented (I almost gagged when she asked us to put our chin on the mat). that I didnt get as relaxed and restored as I would have liked. Yall gotta open the windows for a few minutes or burn some Sage and clear out that disgusting dirty sweat and feet smell of the hot yoga studio. The studio is beautiful and I hate to say anything bad but I need to be honest and hopefully itll help improve the atmosphere!

My class with Adrienne was so grounding and energizing. I loved her class, would recommend to anyone and must take again!

I really like this studio! I've attended the hot vinyasa classes with two different instructors, and each brings their own unique energy to the class while still incorporating the same techniques. The space is lovely. I would prefer the class begin with music, but the first few minutes of quiet practice does allow for a gentle reset. If you like hot yoga, this place helps you work up a good sweat!

It was a very good class. I liked the flow of the moves with the breath.
