Timberleaf Apartments

Other things are good - but this place is EXTREMELY unsafe. Our licence plate was stolen twice in 4 months. Once on the rear, once on the front. The most recent theft happened at 2pm in the day. The neighborhood is not gated so everyone could get into the parking area with no barrier and do whatever they want, even at daytime. The leasing office of this apartment is hard to find. They only appear in office every 30 minutes during Tue-Sat so we were able to find no one when either of these thefts happened. We had to call the police and change everything. To Timberleaf: theft is ruining our neighborhood. All your other perks are being offset by this single issue as we don't want to live in an unsafe apartment. Please be serious about it and try to solve the problem NOW.

My name is Joseph Thompson and I have lived at Timberleaf Apartments for 30 plus years. During this period I have seen Managers & Directors come and go. Recently I Have Had the pleasure of interfacing with John Rafanan and Jasmine Gee. They have raised the bar to exellence in resolving issues. As A long standing resident it means A lot it to you have Managers that will go the extra mile to insure you have A wonderful experience as A tenant. John and Jasmine receives high marks for consistently making things better for tenants.

Did not get to view because the advertised unit wasn't vacant, gave me wrong code for another unit with much higher rent and another that a painter was working on and could not access, what a waste of time

I recently had the pleasure of living in the community apartments, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The service provided by the management team was outstanding, and the front office staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of us felt welcome and cared for. One person who truly stood out was Johnny, the maintenance staff member. His dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service with regular house repairs and maintenance were truly commendable. Whenever I had an issue or needed assistance, Johnny was there promptly, and his expertise and attention to detail ensured that everything was fixed efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend the community apartments for their top-notch service, friendly front office staff. Living here was a pleasure, and I'm grateful for the exceptional service I received during my time as a resident.

Excellent Living Experience at Timberleaf Apartments near Santa Clara University! I recently completed a 2.5-year stay at Timberleaf Apartments during my time as a student at Santa Clara University, and overall, it was an excellent living experience. I want to share my thoughts and recommend Timberleaf Apartments to prospective residents. Location: Timberleaf Apartments is conveniently located near Santa Clara University, making it incredibly convenient for students. Living Spaces: The apartments at Timberleaf Apartments provided a comfortable and well-maintained living environment throughout my stay. The management and maintenance staff, particularly Jonny, were always helpful in addressing any issues promptly. However, I do wish that the gym had a few more equipment options, such as kettlebells, a barbell, or an all-in-one workout equipment, as there was limited space. Safety and Security: Timberleaf Apartments prioritized safety with controlled access to the building and the presence of security cameras. I always felt secure during my stay. Responsive Management: The management team at Timberleaf Apartments was professional and responsive. They addressed concerns and questions promptly, ensuring a positive living experience. I appreciate their smooth off-boarding process, where only cleaning and minimal painting charges were deducted from our deposit, after 2.5 years of stay. Thank you, Timberleaf Apartments! Best, Karan
