        Think twice before moving in here. Unless you are maybe the very top unit of this apartment complex. I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say the walls are extremely THIN IN this structure. These apartments were built in 2000s. You can hear every little foot step above the apartment units, even normal walking. You can even hear your neighbors closing and opening the cabinets. I have emailed the community manager here, David multiple times about noise complaints above the unit and even with video evidence, etc there is nothing they can do. If you end up moving into a unit with a family above you, good luck. Also the heating / cooling units are out dated so the noise of the heater is extremely LOUD at all times. I would strongly advise to pick a new built building where everything is up to date and not overpriced just because of the location of these apartments. In reality, these apartments are not and should not be considered luxury units.
