Not impressed with the service here. Victoria was not the most pleasant and seemed almost annoyed when I had to return later, then asked me to set up my account online - whats the point of walking into a physical location if not to talk to a physical person? Theres no tellers, only bankers and a fancy teller machine, so now I cant even sit down with a banker? My entire purpose of visiting Chase was to get away from the impersonal experience of an online bank by clearing my debt and returning to my favorite bank - if this location was Chases standard, Id never bank with Chase. She also argued with the banker who we had to call to take care of a payment who sounded much more confident about his understanding of the job than anyone at this location. Victoria continued to be negative about opening an account even after the man on the phone was confident I could, so on MY insistence, she finally ALLOWED me to see a banker (felt like a gate keeper) and I set up an account with zero hiccups. Victoria is not even a banker. The bankers themselves were not the most savvy about customer service either, although kind. I have news for you, offering water over and over, chit chatting, showing off some new banking tool, and adding on more unnecessary time wasted when the customer has explicitly stated their hurry multiple times is not great customer service even though it may seem so on the surface. After account setup, my banker disappeared with my ID (after telling me I could put it away by the way) for an unnatural amount of time after setting up my account - he had just told me to put the ID away and then came back nervously asking for it again saying, Im going to scan it just in case just in case kept saying it over again and then disappeared long enough for me to set up a new account with Zelle and personalize my Chase app and have a chat with my mother - thats too long for scanning an ID. He had no sense of urgency whatsoever, and the awkwardness around it kind of felt like Victoria was shocked the account setup worked and wanted to do a full background or something - I felt treated like a criminal. Ive been to a lot of Chase branches and this one is like the twilight zone in terms of employment standards. Its like the trainees and interns go here to learn about banking or something. They were all generally kind though and went out of the way to help me get my situation resolved, hence 3 stars instead of 1, but they also misinformed me. I learned (on my own while my banker was still scanning my ID just in case) that the account he set me up with could not have wire transfers and everyone I talked to (Victoria and my banker) were informed by me that my main purpose for this account was for receiving transfers. I understand why, but this would have been pretty relevant information to share, and two people kept that knowledge to themselves. This is my neighborhood Chase and Ill probably only be back for the ATM.

This Branch is TOTALLY AMAZING! Beginning with Philip Troung who goes out of his way to attend to me, he is poised, intelligent and very savvy! Fereshteh Karimi is Amazing & Kind & understanding & helpful as well. James Ku started my journey at this Branch & is at Remington Branch now. Cindy Joseph is the branch supervisor who is really considerate as well. I wish I could give this Branch 10 stars, they are GREAT!

Not a bank - no teller services! Waste of a trip and my time. If you have transactions to complete that you specifically went to a bank for assistance with completingthey cannot help you here. Keep guessing at different CHASE BANK locations - is it a bank?? Is it not a bank?? Youll never know until you walk in and look around only to be pointed to an ATM by someone from behind a desk. Dont waste your time.
