        Disappointing experience! I scheduled an appointment with a banker for last Friday,arrived at12:55pm for my 1pm appointment. Despite waiting until 1.26pm, the manager informed me at 1.27pm that the banker will be taking a break , she suggested to wait longer or reschedule. The first person who told me to sit and wait didn't communicate this when checking me ini left the bank without a word. Wasted my time !

        Very poor customer service... especially the young Asian Indian women who greets people when they walk in... she is clueless and with a rude attitude. Never going back here.
